We meet on the second and the fourth Tuesday of each month for a walk of between 4 and 7 miles, typically within a 25 mile radius of Pocklington, usually starting at 9.45am. Every six months we publish a programme of walks, each one led by a volunteer from the group, throughout an area within easy reach of Pocklington.  Attendance varies, mainly influenced by the weather, but we usually number about 20, all benefiting our health and fitness and appreciating the countryside, flora and fauna Yorkshire has to offer.  As in previous years, we intend to follow the December walk with a Christmas lunch at a local hostelry.
